that John should not be allowed to work.

He was the one who reinstated Dr. Spacer.

I had Officer Hart followed Dr. Spacer after he returned to work. He kept tabs on where John went, what he worked on, and any other weird stuff he did.

You didn't disclose that.

It's not exculpatory evidence. In fact, it's the opposite.

Hart has video evidence of John going into the woods with a body and coming back out with nothing.

He also has John talking to

no one in the morgue, full-on conversations, corroborating what we found in the tapes at the scene.

It's a smoking gun for John's mental state and heart is ready to testify to all of it.
