Hi everyone, Michael Sandler here, your host on inspire nation. Today we have a fun short meditation for you that I do quite frequently when I want to ground myself, plug back in, and keep the world from spinning. In other words, when things get too busy, of I feel like I’m being pulled multiple directions at once, this is my go-to meditation.
With that said, you can do this meditation anytime of the day, and virtually anywhere, though I always want you to focus on the road, NOT a meditation, while you’re driving.

Okay, you can do this meditation sitting, standing, or laying down, though my preference is upright in a chair, with both feet symmetrically planted on the ground.
In essence, this is a conscious breathing or conscious breath exercise, or you could certainly call it a mindfulness exercise…
