I'd like you to start by getting in a comfortable place where you won't be disturbed for

about five minutes or so, and then to just gently close your eyes,

seated in a comfortable position. Just bring your awareness again back to the breath. Just noticing the rising and falling of your chest and belly

as you breathe in and out. And with each breath, just imagine that you're creating more and more space for you just to be present right where you are.
