Today we have a very short, relaxing meditation you can do anytime of the day, anywhere you’re at. This is particularly helpful when you’re in stuck in traffic, in line, or stuck circling a parking spot looking for a space, ANY space, this crazy time of year.
I almost embarrassed by how simple this meditation is, but in it’s simplicity lies it’s beauty.
