All right.

So let's go back to the year 2004.

Ooh, that seems like such a long time.

But that is when I graduated from high school. And I was a really good student. I was really smart. I was the type of student who never studied. Honestly, I really

didn't study until I got in ninth grade. I still remember the first time I made my very

first C was in ninth grade English class.

Mr. Kovac, if you're listening, I'm still upset about that C.

That was the very first time that I got my first C and I cried because I was not supposed to be anyone to make a C.

But, you know, it happened that time and, you know, a few other times during high school.

But I was just always known to be the smart girl.

You know, the smart girl who is supposed to graduate from school and go straight to college and, you know,

finishing two and a half years and then go get your master's and your Ph.D.

And be a doctor by 30, you know, all that good stuff.

But that was not what I wanted to do.
