Yes, hello there everybody and welcome to, I suppose it's the first official bonus episode of Join Up Dots.

Yes, we have gone to a more fluid flexible format which allows us time to really start connecting and joining up the dots between myself,

the listeners and other listeners to build a network that's going to work very very well

as we help each other develop our things and move forward.

And one of the things I thought would be a great idea is over the last year I've had many, many,

many emails from listeners asking me questions which I've answered to the best of my

abilities and I've always done it on a very individual basis. They send an email to me and

I either send a voicemail back or I send a response back by email and it's very

individual it's just between them and myself so what I want to do now is

change the format and when I receive an email in and I'm not going to ask you a

permission so I'm just going to say from now on if you do send me an email that

comes into me and I think it's one that is going to be useful for other people I will just use it and I think it's one that is going to be useful for other people.

I will just use it and I'm going to use it as a format for these bonus episodes
