But you guys are like a breath of fresh air for all ages of runners, all talents, and I know my audience is going to love you too.

Yeah, so we need to get to know you a little bit better on Cetali Ron.

So I would like you to both to kind of introduce yourselves a little bit.

So Sarah, let's start with you, like, where are you? How many kids do you have, how long have you been running? That kind of fun stuff.

Yep, yep. So I'm Sarah Boensche. I live in Portland, Oregon. I have three children, a daughter who is 18, and then boy girl

twins who just turned 15. I got a dog and two cats and, I sound like a Crosby stills a Nash song and I have been running since kind of late high school I'm likeimmity, I was at Rower in college

and then just have kept it up.

I love being outside.

I love being in motion.

And I was training for my 15th marathon this spring and then it got cancelled.

So yeah, that was a bummer.

Yeah, it stinks, but we make it through.
