People will talk about feeling like they have been on kind of a roller coaster.

They've gotten involved in so many different groups and relationships that were controlling

and they're kind of wondering,

is it me? Is it the group? What's going on here? And so part of what we're talking about is

what helps people get that they might be looking for things that just seems so different

than the last relationship they were in or the

last group they were in. But ultimately, while the trappings might look different and the

location might be different in the way it operates might be different. Still, the methods of

control might be quite the same.

And so it's good to know those so that you can keep yourself safe.

we're now going to get into more of the ideas about systemic and social factors.

We have high control groups that exist in so many different places, in industries,

in the wellness industry, politics, business, spirituality, everywhere.

And it is really, really crucial to understand that cult isn't just a label for fringe religious groups in robes, so to speak.
