Justin Brown and non's lawyer filed a motion for the Court of Appeals to reconsider their denial

in adnance appeal. If they accept the motion, it takes two of the four judges who denied him to

agree to accept the motion and then one of them to change their vote. That means that non gets a new

trial this year probably or you know something else happens, but he'll be coming home fairly soon.

If not, we are going to be disadvantaged by a number of years. We might be put back, set back

three, four, five years during which time of course he'll remain in prison as we find new avenues to

fight to get him out. And that's quite discouraging, but it also means that there's a lot to gear up for

a longer legal battle. So anyway, thanks for tuning in. I am excited to bring you the special episode and I hope
