is that it authors opportunity more opportunity than California, for example, which has a benign climate, not as hot as Florida, but in the same realm.

So Florida is a place where you can go and you can succeed if you work hard.

The government kind of tries to stay out of your way there,

whereas California is the opposite.

Certainly where I am in New York is the opposite as well, which is why hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers are moving to Florida.

Because there's kind of a New York culture on the east coast of that state.

But the downside of Florida is it's awful hot.

And I taught high school there for two years,

and it was an inferno down there. My classroom didn't have air conditioning. I

couldn't write on the blackboard with chalk because the humidity was so thick

that's how bad it wasn't, hadn't gotten any better with the global warming.
