The Hello my friends. Wow it has been such a long time since I did a podcast and I just

wanted to take some time to catch up and fill you in on what's going on.

So first of all, I have been sick for three weeks, which is crazy because in January and my program called the dream

italya I told the ladies that my big goal was to create exceptional health

and then come February I became so sick and it just actually reinvigorated my desire

for health and really of taking care of myself in big ways because at the end of the day if we don't have

our health what do we really have?

And so even though I was disappointed that this month has been spent with me mostly in bed and nursing myself back to

health. What has come out of it is the contrast of me desiring even more greatly to

create exceptional health for myself.

And so today is like the first day

that I have felt normal and like a human.

Glenn told me last week,

he was like, honey, I love you but you look like death.

And I was like, thanks, babe, I appreciate it.

But truly I did.

I had some kind of crazy flu slash viral chest stuff. I don't know what was happening, but I really took this past

a week to just load my body with exceptional things such as stuff for my immune system and greens and lemon water

and herbal teas and I finally just surrendered. like last night I said a prayer I said dear God I'm not

fighting this and I'm not claiming it either I hand over my body for you to heal and this morning I woke up and I feel like me again for the first time in three weeks.

So that's good news. But to fill you in on what else has been going on, gosh so much. I know to the outside
