Yeah, we do. As a matter of fact, I just got a notification from Twitter and Mark Elias that they're filing a lawsuit on behalf of Fair Fight, you know, which is Stacy Abrams.

Yes. Non-profit in Georgia. Have you seen this? I have not seen it. So what do you know?

Well, it says here, and this is the motion here pursuant to rule 65 of the federal rules of civil procedure, plaintiffs, fair fight, John Doe and Jane Doe, buy and through the undersigned attorneys file a motion for a temporary restraining order and or preliminary injunction to prohibit defendants from continuing to file baseless challenges against lawful Georgia voters in advance of the January 5th runoff.

In particular, as you can order restraining defendants, their respective agents, officers, employees and successors and all persons acting in concert with each or any of them from submitting or causing submission of further challenges to any voters eligibility participating in any poll watching or poll monitoring, photographing or video recording voters or election workers.

And this is the people they're suing are true the vote, Catherine Engelbrecht, Derek Somerville, Mark Davis, Mark Williams, Ron Johnson, James Cooper and John Doe's one through 10. So a bunch of, you know, right wing.

Yeah, voter suppression groups basically they don't call themselves that, but that's what they are in reality.

So they want to keep her restraining order and injunction against this kind of behavior.

I suspect what that is related to if you recall when we did or grab them by the java fundraiser for the awesome and we're not campaigns in Georgia, we spoke with Jamil favors who is the voter protection director for the Democratic Senate campaign committee.

And he said that essentially the major efforts that are going on right now all fall under the category of signature matching.

And you know, if you think about that, what we, what the individuals have is different elected county officials have the ability to say, we are going to require the signature on your ballot match.

For example, the signature of this on your voter registration card, right? I'm like, I kind of in 20 years ago, and I, you know, I don't know about you, my signature now looks a little different than my signature does 20 years ago.

And these challenges are being deployed selectively at the time. So this was like a week and a half ago.

We were looking at a check bench to 340,000 voters across Georgia. And, and these are just nonsense baseless efforts right because the Republican Party is the party of suppressing the vote.

And I'm glad we're on the opposite side of it.

So I don't know, I want to be, I want to be very, very clear. This filing just happened at our CP 65 is in fact the rule that allows you to pursue injunctive relief in federal court, typically, right?

You have to make certain preliminary thresholds showing in order to be entitled to injunctive relief.
