Hey, everybody, Tom Woods here. Matt McWilliams is my guest today.

Matt has a background that will resonate with many of you, no

doubt. He is a homeschooling father. He's a libertarian. And for a brief time, as a matter of fact,

he was an officer in his local libertarian party. But what Matt is known for these days is affiliate

marketing. As a matter of fact, he's been affiliate manager for many big names

online. And as a matter of fact, at the Affiliate Summit Pinnacle Awards, Matt was named

the top affiliate marketing manager in the world. So if you want to know a little something about

this, I would think you'd want to go to Matt McWilliams. Matt, welcome to the show.

Hey, thanks for having me, Tom. I'm going to dig out of you things that most interviewers would not

think to ask you, because I know certain things about you, that they don't, and that I think are

interesting in assessing your whole story. So it turns out when I, you and I kind of got to know each other

online, you dropped me a note. And it turned out that you have been active in the Libertarian Party,

not anymore, but in the past. And you're a homeschooler. And so right away, you're singing

from my hymn book. So I thought, all right, this is going to be the best guy ever.

So, and it turns out that that stuff does kind of tie in with your online career, because you actually first got online, started doing stuff online, in connection with politics.

Yeah. Yeah, I got elected chairman of the county libertarian party.

Now, just to be clear, that meant that the other three libertarians elected me.

Right. We all know how it works.
