episodes of Conversations. One of the things that we want to start with this week is

our most recent episode, episode 8.

We've had a lot of questions, particularly

in relation to the Hermes Far Eastern Light

and Anna Fitzgerald, who was a former member and Brian did the interview with her and we have a few questions for you Brian on behalf of our listeners.

First of all, did Anna have a fake name as well and if so what was it?

Yeah all members of Hermes Far Eastern Shining are assigned a new identity and new name when they

join and hers was perplexity swings this and that and to give you an idea of some of the

names of some of the members of this group I'll just read out a few. Grail Harlequin, Beach Dreams Linger Longer, Emerald Astro Turf, Amuse me some more, Unsevent Unsei, Nacent Pin, Tsunami Sun Designer, Helden Voicemaster, only the bright, speaking nap usher, it goes on and on.

Kojent lemonade drifter, was Anna's favorite name, but mine would have to be Ha-Ha-Ha-Bon- Absaluto.

Did she mention where they got the inspiration for these names?

Like, how do they come up with them?

Well, it all came from the founder Gerald Attrell,

who was a clinical psychologist from Queensland.

I've got some more information on him.

He apparently was born in Tasmania and was adopted.

He also worked as a psychologist in the USA, I believe, and may have worked at the Wayside

Chapel for some time, but at some stage he decided to start his own religion, his own group, a cult, with him at the installing himself at the top to

be worshipped.

All cults worship a human founder, that's one thing they have in common.
