We are recording this special bonus episode Monday, Labor Day.

Ryan and I had been chatting over the weekend just about how his weight loss is going and all that.

And we realized that the feedback that we get most is from,

as far as episodes are concerned,

is the episode far far back where I coached Ryan.

We only did that one time.

Ryan told me it was episode eight and we're on like,

what, 35 now?

So it was a long time ago.

That was like at the beginning of my coaching certification and all of that.

And so coaching has come a long way since then for me.

I've got a lot of coaching under my belt.

And so we started chatting about maybe doing a bonus episode

where we could kind of dive into his brain and see what's going on there.

And along with that, because those, that episode was so popular and I think there's such

power in watching other people get coached, I wanted to put out the offer to do some free
