So tell me a little bit about, I know that you had emailed me about what's going on,

but kind of tell me a little bit about where you're at with keto and whatever you want coaching on. Okay, so I started keto, let's see, like two and a half

years ago after I had my second baby. And I, so I had really bad postpartum depression with my
