where you're where you're getting caught up or struggling with keto or okay so i was and i was

listening to your guys this podcast yesterday and it was it was about when you're talking about

challenges with people faced with covid and how they just like trying to get over those challenges

and uh-huh surprisingly when covid hit me, I, that is like when I blossomed.

Like I did really well because I'm a teacher so I didn't have to be in the classroom anymore.

I didn't have to run my kids everywhere.

The stress was pulled off.

And the struggle has been now coming back to work, getting back to this pattern of

like just the exhaustion and trying to get home at night. Like, okay, now I have to plan food

for myself. I'd plan food for my kids. And the stress of like, what am I going to pack for

Monday? And those are my obstacles now. It was so easy during quarantine and the summer because I didn't have any other obligations
