And if you're new to me, I'm a full-time entrepreneur as well as wife and mom.

I do all the things.

I wear all the hats.

And so that means I know a thing or two about being overwhelmed in your coaching business,

which is why I wanted to do this video.

And it's funny because I actually felt most overwhelmed after I quit my job back in 2016.

So I know that's a hallmark that a lot of coaches want.

They want to go full time in their business.

I thought once I went full time, I would have more time to work on my business and travel

and do all those amazing laptop lifestyle things that you see

all these online entrepreneurs do. However, I found myself chained to my laptop and working

16 hours a day and it was just really crazy. And so I really had to change a lot of things

in my business once I had my son. And so in this video, I want to go over some of those changes

that I've made
