Brad Schimmel fairly easily, but it wasn't all bad news out of the Badger State. There was a measure

on the ballot there that would enact voter ID for all elections that passed rather convincingly.

A couple of other special elections will begin in Florida with the first congressional district there.

Jimmy Petronus, the Republican won his seat, as well as Randy Fine in Florida's sixth congressional district.

So unless you're in Florida, again, Republican streaks in these off-year and special elections
