It's weird that this was a note from a high-paid analyst to his clients, but B of A analyst

Wamsi Mohan sent a note out Saturday, letting investors know what sites like Bloomberg

and Tech Crunch and Apple Insider and others

have been writing about for a while now.

Apple 3.0 ran parts of the note he wrote, wherein he said media reports are suggesting that

Apple's AI push will see Siri get deeper integration with applications.

That'll start with Apple's own apps, though third-party developers will gain access down the line.

He and his view messaging, payments, ride hailing, workouts, photos, car commands, restaurant reservations, music, shortcuts, etc.

As potential domains that will likely see deeper integration with Apple's virtual assistant.

He's also heard media reports suggesting Apple has struck a deal with Open AI

to leverage its large language model for cloud-based queries while running some queries on device.

Then there are the reports that Apple is building its own server chips to address some of

the cloud-based workloads.

B of A continues to expect silicon innovation to focus on both privacy and

Apple's intention to lower the cost of services delivery.
