body positive children. And I say idea because in some pessimistic ways, it feels nearly impossible

to completely shield children from diet culture. And I'm not just talking about

your own kids. You know, I have nieces and nephews and a little sister who I'm so close to.

And just children in my life, I'm also thinking very often about how I want to raise my own

future children. And sometimes when I scroll too long on social media

and see concerning messages about body image or maybe even something comes up for me personally,

where I'm like, oh, I wonder how I would handle, you know, if my kid wanted only ice cream for

dinner. Because on one hand, I'm

super, like, eat intuitively. All foods are good foods. You know, your body will tell you what it

wants and needs. And then on the other hand, it's so nuanced, right? Because as a parent,

you want to encourage a wide array of a nutrient-filled diet,

and you want to be able to support your child in an active lifestyle, but not in a toxic way.
