Yeah, you heard me right. And in what a big way, Bob Dylan sold his entire back catalog of music to Universal Music Group earlier this month.

Price wasn't made public, but estimates range from $300 million. The catalog contains about

600 songs composed over 60 years. Over the years, Dylan has sold more than 125 million records.

And at 79 years old, he's still performing globally. For the last several decades, until the

pandemic, he performed more than 100 concerts

per year. Not surprisingly, the sale made tsunami-sized waves. The New York Times called it a

blockbuster deal and said it may be the largest sale in history of a single songwriter's music.
