From being the first recipient of the AQHA Professional Horseman to capturing the prestigious title of World's Greatest Horseman twice, Bob has won in excess of 1.7 million dollars. Hey everybody, welcome to Along for the Ride with Andrea Fapani. I'm Andrea, your host, and I've

going to bring to you obviously we're at the end of March and we're living in

some crazy times all over the world I think we're all kind of watching the news

daily or many times the other day to see what's going on and And this coronavirus has really messed things up for everybody.

And like I say, we're at the end of March and we haven't really gone to a horse show yet this year.

I got lucky that I went to the Sun Circuit here in Scottsville.

When was it? I think it was the middle of February. Actually, it was earlier. It was at the beginning of February just to school my horses getting ready for the cactus and that that got canceled.

So basically it's not just raining, but we've got every major sport. I know my son Jeremy was in Texas racing motorcycles and they chopped that in half and basically got to race only the first part of the races and then got back home.

And it's like I say some crazy times.

You guys know that I'm from Italy.

I still have all my family over there.

I talk to them on a daily basis and, you know, if you think that we've got it bad here,

you have no idea how bad it is in Italy and even a lot of other countries in Europe. It's pretty

rough over there. They're all on mandatory, pretty much isolation. They're in their house. The guys that

the horse trainers I talk to, they can still ride their horses, but they can't have any clients or

anybody coming in or out. They're having a hard time now with horseshoers, veterinarians being able to move around.

So it's pretty rough. So my thoughts and heart goes to my fellows Italians. I think they're going

through some really rough times right now and I hope things get better soon. But, you know, even here in the

States, I know that us as horse trainers, we're just going through our daily routine.
