Mike, how are you? Good morning.

Great to talk to you. We have a ton to talk about in your state of Virginia.

It's just, it's a whirlwind and everything's just flying out of control, it seems. Or they're perfectly in control

with your new governor. The reason there's a ton to do since I wanted to talk to you, but let's start

with the first reason I wanted to reach out. And that is all the taxes that the Democrats have

proposed.

I got a list here, more sales taxes, a personal property tax on electric leaf blowers and

electric landscaping equipment, which is great.

So in California, they banned gas powered leaf blowers.

Did you guys do that in Virginia?

We're doing the same thing.

Yeah, so we banned those. They're doing it So we banned those. And then tax the electric ones. Great.

We have one of the largest manufacturers in Virginia Beach steel equipment, which makes chainsaws and,

you know, tremors and everything else. So they're, they're really helping our businesses be affordable.

Large employer tax, whatever that is. We get back to that, gun and ammunition tax,

new income tax brackets, a delivery tax on Amazon, Uber Eats, FedEx, UPS,
