blocking U.S. from launching possible Iran strikes from American bases on British soil. What happened?

Well, is it what happened or what didn't happen? Because of course, the United States as a,

essentially as a legacy of the Second World War,

has this chain of very important military bases that are, you know, not on German soil,

not on French soil, they're on British soil because we fought that war together.

And during the war, there was that enormous effort to build these colossal bomber bases one of

them is USAF Fairford uh which is in gloucester in england gloucesters not so far from where i am now

actually and that's a really distinct um um um uh facility because that is the united states is

only heavy bomber base in Europe.
