Summary
The Cover 3 crew talks recruiting and drafts the top pass catchers in college football. First, breaking down the 2023 edition of the Blue Chip Ratio (1:05), which measures how many four-star and five-star recruits have signed with a program compared to three-stars and below over a four-year span.
