podcast I'm Matt Addison, Paul Gorse and Rich Garnet both alongside me

today. None of us were on the score sheets at Anfield on Saturday but if we'd

stuck around long enough we probably would have been.

We'll be talking Bormuz shortly as the Reds hopefully got their season up and

running. We'll be looking ahead to Newcastle United as well which should.

It goes without saying be a much sterner test on Wednesday night.

Let's start though with Liverpool 9, Walmouth, Neil Gorsdy.

Liverpool suddenly looking like the usual selves again.

That's much more like it, isn't it? It is very much so.

I'm so often before the game and none of those you think,

well, Liverpool certainly need the result

and a performance have been nice as well,

but the way things have gone you just think well even if they win 1 nil and or 2 on and they just get out there just get some points on the board the first win on the board and you can move on and kind of build from it.

And then as soon as the first one goes in, there's Diaz inside three, four minutes was it?

And then a second one was six minutes.

By then, you know, it's game over before 10 minutes and you think,

okay, well, that's kind of been put to rest

that the whole statistics of them falling behind seven games that are now over with and
