I'm the Osm Matt Addison with Paul Gorston,

Theoswires alongside me as we look ahead to the weekends fixture,

away at Brentford, and discuss all of the latest Liverpool news,

including a double injury blow and four players return into action.

We'll start though with a quick, I should say, that's back to the midweek game

ghorsly against Norwich City where Liverpool cruised through to the fourth round where they'll meet

Preston North End next month. But the main talking point really wasn't the actual

resultant and the progression. I think it was probably more so that the case for the young Starlets that they put for the Yeah, well I mean I suppose the first thing to say is these lads are obviously playing for the short-term future in the Liverpool team if that makes sense.

They know that if they get through then they're going to be looked after the fourth round and then the fifth

round and so so they know as long as they're still in this competition you've got a

chance of playing 13 minutes so I think that is a motivating factor has got to be

quite good hasn't it really?

Quite healthy for the team and for these types of players.

And I thought Gordon had a good game.

He was unlucky with one chance cutting him from the wide right on his left foot and ruffle the side netting in the first half is touching

as balance and as awareness is incredibly high for someone who's not 17 until next month.

I think we've got a real star on the hands here

if you can just kind of mold them in the right way

and there's no rush for him to be

a superstar next month, next next year even in the next two or three years you know
