Not bad guys, not bad. What have been out under two weeks

till it all begins again, the proper stuff. So looking forward to putting some of any talk of

pre-season fatigue and fitness and all that kind of stuff and we can get into real the real stuff.

Sean Bradbury also with us and Sean with the truncated pre-season it feels this international break that's coming up this week is just sort of

delaying the inevitable we just want the action to return now don't we?

Absolutely it's it's so bizarre isn't it this whole this whole thing even this very fact that we're talking

about the community shield now just you know haven't been this area in the

season on the back of a Champions League final I mean I've up and off for five

days so I don't really even know what's going on anyway so yeah this

all this whole things just there is crazy and confusing but yeah I think it

will all start to come into more normality and focus when that leads game

rolls around so yeah yeah six days off the back of the Champions League
