There's not loads happening, let's be honest, in the world of Liverpool FC at the moment,

but plenty that could be about to happen and plenty for those in charge to get to the

bottom of over the next few weeks and months. So for today's show I thought we'd have a little dive into a few

of those bits that need resolving the certainly enough of those for us to talk about Sean.

2023 could be a really interesting year in the year in the history I should say of

Liverpool Football Club. It could be new owners, new sporting director, so many things going on.

We've got a new club doctor confirmed over the weekend. That's one thing sorted, but plenty more to come.

Yeah, absolutely. Just in terms of the overall situation of it that you don't often hear from from FSGD or from you know

Where there or John Henry or anyone but the one thing for me me that resounds over the last few weeks of the

snippets we have that's come from Boston, if you like, was this idea from Tom Warner

that it's going to be business as usual.

And that's the one thing that I just really hope will be true but just cannot see being true to be honest over the next few weeks and once until there is certainty and until some kind of sale or monetary investment or progress in some way is resolved.

And yeah, it's just this issue and the uncertainty of what's happening behind the scenes, as you say,

and departures and yeah it's for me it's almost as if you know this idea of business as usual you know they've they have

effectively placed a for sale sign outside you know know, Anfield if you like figuratively.

And there's no way therefore that it can still be business as usual and I think

nowhere is that more obviously made clear than Mike Gordon's movements within within the

fairway organization you know not being pulled away from the day to day of

they were pulling seemingly being the estate agent to get the club flogged you know I
