bleeding. My name is Juliet. I'm a sexologist and a sex and relationship coach and I'm the

host of this podcast and I guess the reason why I've chosen to

speak about blood magic and blood and sex is because I absolutely love this topic. It's something

that I've been exploring for years more deeply in the most last, I guess

in the last couple of years. And it's a really powerful topic because it's still so taboo. And it's

definitely not something that very many people are aware of in Western world.

And it's guaranteed to probably some of the stuff I say,

some of you may be like, what the hell?

Others may be listening and totally resonate and be doing everything that I talk about.

So where should I begin?

I guess I'll explain what blood magic is.

And I'm explaining from my own point of view, my personal experience, from education that I've received from elders and wise shamanic women that I've spent time with.

Blood magic is using the power of our menstrual blood to manifest essentially.

And it may sound a little witchy and it could be a little witchy.

However, it's fucking powerful.

And, you know, our wombs, they hold the key to creation.
