So much of this word and so much of my mission, you know, it's like midwife free right and being able to pull out of

Individuals what they can't push out on their own.

I tell this story.

I have four children and I was there for the delivery of all four of my children.

And my final born child, I had twin boys, Cameron and Caleb. And Caleb in the delivery

room, his twin brother came out, Cameron, and no matter how hard my wife Deseret pushed,

Caleb would not come out.

I was like, she's already pushed out four babies in her lifetime.

And Caleb was breached he was turned around you know babies come out

head first and they weren't ready for a C section and nine minutes after his twin brother Cameron was born, Caleb's vital signs were beginning to drop. And the doctor said, I have to go in and pull him out, right?

And pulled Caleb out by his feet.

And so many of us leaders who have pushed out great things but the thing that we are called

to really push out that is going to make a transformational impact of the world, we will

never push out alone.
