Imagine with me for a second that it's the first century AD.

You're a teenage girl, unmarried,

and suddenly you learn that you've got a baby on the way.

In that culture, that would be a massive scandal.

Your reputation would be ruined and you'd probably be a social outcast for the rest of your

life.

That was the situation that Mary faced when the angel told her

that she would give birth to the Messiah and yet she called herself blessed.

Today, Pastor Jady explains that biblical blessings don't always look like what we think they should look

like and that's actually a good thing.
