Actually, you know what? It was on NPR. You'd done an NPR interview like way back in the day.

And it's interesting for me to reference NPR.

But you did this interview and I forget exactly who it was.

But I thought that was fascinating.

This was a piece of your history based on what you were doing in dirty jobs.

You know, really highlighting America's labor industry or their labor professions.

But you came from such a, what is perceived differently in such a different background.

Well, it's, you know, most people's stories, at least the interesting ones, aren't predictable.

I mean, and it's weird, right?

Because there are a lot of books on the shelves by people who are dying to tell you how they did it.

And it almost always starts with, from the earliest age, I knew I was destined to blank, blank, blank.

Or I always dreamed of becoming blank, blank, blank.

And, you know, it's very tempting to look back and tell the world exactly how you pulled it off.

But for me, it was, it was pretty much the opposite of that.

You know, I learned very early on that just because you love something doesn't mean you can't suck at it.

And, and just because you, you don't enjoy something doesn't necessarily mean you might not be really good at it.

And so for me, I don't remember what I said on that NPR interview, but I did a lot of interviews back in the day.

And I was always surprised by the fact that my path wasn't straight.
