today I'm actually interviewing my friend Jason and this was a really really cool

My friend Jason actually recently had his Instagram

was hacked and deleted, which really sucks because he was really just

he was just getting some like serious traction so I before we even get into it I

And today we talked about a lot of pretty heavy stuff.

It's definitely an intense podcast, but that's kind of why I wanted

to have Jason on here. So for those you guys that don't know a real quick synopsis of

Jason. So Jason is a crossfitter.

He's been doing crossfit for many, many years,

but he is also a law enforcement officer

and he is also a man of color.

He's a black man.

And so he has been through a lot with COVID going on with

black lives matter going on and he has a lot of really cool insight that I'm really

excited to be able to share with you guys and again he's just a really

cool guy and we were able to have a really awesome conversation and I'm just I'm
