On those long endurance days, I make sure that the quality is still good, but if there's 30 minutes where I'm trekking through some bushes and I'm finding this weird abandoned house or going searching through this abandoned house, it is what it is. It's going to make me so much happier. And for me, I've noticed those long days are honestly a rest day because I'm just like so mentally free to do

whatever I want and I'm still training but if I wasn't training I'd still be doing the exact

same thing. Yep. So it's just I'm just viving. It's showtime everybody. Showtime! You've been
