‘Monster: BTK’, the newest installment in the ‘Monster’ franchise, reveals the true story of the Wichita, Kansas serial killer who murdered at least 10 people between 1974 and 1991. Known by the moniker, BTK – Bind Torture Kill, his notoriety was bolstered by the taunting letters he sent to police, and the chilling phone calls he made to media outlets. 0:02.0	A few years ago, I got a call from someone intimately tied to the case of the BTK killer.
0:08.0	If you're not familiar, BTK terrorized the city of Wichita throughout the 70s and 80s.
0:14.0	He stalked and killed at least 10 people.
0:18.0	My first conversation about the case lasted for hours and provided me with exclusive access.
