Pretty much have reached the end of the off season at this point.

There'll be OTAs and rookie camps, but boom and bust, bankable upgrades, who's the most likely to contribute to the new faces, how it all fits together.

rule, because that got tabled. And now we're into May, the next round of owners meetings.
