You know, there are many gaps between scriptures when you read the Bible. But here to talk with me about one that you may not have thought of is author and lecturer Bill Salas.

Hi Bill.

Gary, it's great to be back on your program.

And it's great to talk to you about a gap. And a lot of people have not thought about

the particular gap that we're going to speak of today. It's a gap in our future. That is,

to say, in the future of planet Earth, we're going to be gone, who knows when, but hopefully

very soon in the rapture of the church.

What happens right after that?

The day after, the day after that.

Bill's done a lot of thinking about what happens after the rapture of the church, and that's

what we're going to talk about today.

Yeah, it's interesting.

I call it a gap.

I call it after the rapture post-rapture, but before the tribulation, so pre-tribed,

the post-rapture pre-tribulation gap period, because what starts the tribulation,

it's not the rapture. It is the confirmation of the false covenant spoken about in Daniel 927.

Indeed.

And when you say confirmation, it's kind of fascinating to me because I'm going to turn

back here in a moment and I'm going to look at Daniel chapter 9 and read perhaps one of the

most familiar passages in all scripture.

Daniel 927 says he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week.

What a loaded sentence that is.
