have to do on your own, that you cannot pay someone for, even if you could find somebody

to do it, even if you had the money to do it. And one of those is physical fitness. And I think for the most part, physical

fitness is often somewhat disconnected from riding, at least in thought process.

Yet the fact is, the more physically fit you are, the better you will ride, the better

rider you will become, and it could even peel back a few years if you're one of those people

that are feeling the effects of aging.

Bill Jurgu is pushing 68 years old this year and not long ago he noticed that he was

slipping, his physical fitness was slipping and he thought, maybe that's just the time in life,
