Vladimir Putin likes money, the richest man in the world, and he's accumulated it through

being top mafia boss who gets a cut of everything.

My story is that I went to Russia, became the largest foreign

investor in Russia, uncovered corruption in the companies I invested in. I

hired a young lawyer named Sergei Magnitsky to investigate. He exposed it. He was then arrested by the people he exposed, tortured for 358 days, and killed.

I made a vow that I was going to go after the people who killed

him and make sure that they face justice. I went to Congress and I said we

should not allow these people to travel to America and we should not allow

them to keep their money in America and we should freeze their assets and that became known

as the Magnitsky Act. We now have six countries that the Magnitsky Act.

We don't have six countries that have Magnitsky Acts.

And it's turning into a global justice movement,

the Magnitsky movement.

And we've created this new technology.

This is a new tool.

If a dictator dictated in their country and

broke the law, there's nothing you can do. Now we found something that you can do, which is
