• While appearing on Fox News, George Washington University Law Professor Jonathan Turley reacted to New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud trial against former President Donald Trump: “This crosses the line from law to entertainment—which should be concerning for people because it does appear that this is a case uniquely created for Trump under a law that hasn't been used in this same way against others."
• While appearing on CNBC, billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman criticized his alma mater, Harvard University, for cracking down on free speech while concurrently protecting speech that openly calls for violence against Jewish people. Ackman, the CEO of Pershing Square, also noted that he recently reviewed Harvard’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) program and was shocked to learn that it excludes certain demographics—like Asian and Jewish students.
