Welcome to another edition of Talking Elite Fitness.

It's our first post-games edition. We've got a full crowd here. We got Lauren Khalil, Tommy Marquez. I'm an NC Fit with Jason Kalipa, and we're dressed the same like I work here. How'd that happen? You know what, man, it's just, you know, guys like us, we know comfort. I guess. We know durability. And we find the right shirt. Man, yeah, we're all decked out.

make it there okay. I mean, I made it there physically okay, but mentally. But you had delayed, yeah. Yeah. On the way back, it was pretty, pretty low key. So yeah, it was great. Cool. Well, we were, we travel with just like the fittest plane on the planet. We had Catherine Davis out on a planet. it. We had like every HQ employee, including Don Fall. We had everybody from Hamilton Road. Like the,

the plane was full of people that we knew. And Tommy was on the plane. And Tommy has a reputation for having very bad travel luck. So we're like, all right, it seems like everything's going well. Everything's going well. Planes here, whatever. They get on the, they get on the thing, you know, on the intercom, it's like,

ladies and gentlemen, due to weather in Denver, we have had to add additional fuel

to the plane in order to make it to guarantee we can make it to an alternate airport.

As a result, we need to lighten the plane, so we need 18 volunteers to give up their seats.

And we're everybody, every head at once just look right at Tommy

Well he also wore the unlucky shirt

Look sometimes I like to make my own luck and I wanted to change I love that shirt so I wanted to change the juju on that shirt

Because I got it during an overnight layover in Houston.

I felt like it had like the travel bad look on it, and I wanted to reverse the policy.

And I feel like I kind of did once we got off the ground in Madison.
