Welcome to Breitbart News Daily. Very exciting day today. We've got three big things happening. First, the president going potentially to the oral arguments in front of the Supreme Court. No sitting president's ever done that before. Then tonight, starting at 624, potentially, launching a rocket up to the moon. That's pretty cool. And then third, the president's addressed to the nation tonight, 9 o'clock Eastern about Iran. So we have three pretty big awesome things happening to them. We talked with John Hayward about Iran. We'll play that interview in a moment here. Let's start with our open, which was about birthright citizenship. Can't wait for these oral arguments. Of course, we'll break it all down tomorrow. And we'll see how far, how deep the justices want to go into this. or if they're going to be lame and cowardly and like oh well we're just going to rule on the executive order aspect of it or not well or are they going to go deep into the 14th amendment we'll probably get a hint of that with their questions today also later in the show i should say we talked about john eastman and the efforts that he took over decades going going back to 2001, with something happened to Afghanistan, to put this in the forefront of people's minds.

And now here we are, right in front of the Supreme Court.

It's amazing. Here's our opening.

We're going to. Today is birthright citizenship day.

And it's going to be great.

I don't know if it'll be great. Actually it won't. Maybe it may be terrible.

Actually I kind of want to be a little downer in this segment here. But let's talk. Before we get to birthright, let's give proper due to the Supreme Court decision that was yesterday that we should

celebrate the decision was eight to one in our favor so guess the one who was the one

who was the one sometimes there'll be decisions where Kagan, Sotomayor, and Justice Jackson all dissent

together.

And you're like, oh, cool.

And then there'll be a couple of decisions where it's just Sotomayor and Jackson.

And sometimes it's just Jackson.

Even Sotomayor, it's like, oh, lady, that's your way off.

Even Judge Sotomayor, just as somebody is like, oh, you're 8 to 1.

And the one is the lowest IQ person ever to be on the Supreme Court, no doubt.

And it's just so sad she's going to be there for a long time.

And everyone there, everyone on the court knows that she is a total joke.

This one is out of Colorado.

Colorado lost, you won.

Yet again, Colorado keeps losing these Supreme Court cases for all these laws that they keep

writing against Christians.
