On today's show, we started off talking about the border.

And then we talked about homelessness and

wasteful spending and the psychology behind all that in California.

But let's play here, something that struck an Irvin.

I'm grateful for it.

We're going to talk a lot about this in the next few months to make America healthy again.

It's a beautiful thing.

We had amazing phone calls. And I realized why we had a bunch of people call in that were very overweight, like 100

pounds overweight, and they went to the doctors, and the doctor's like, here's all this medicine,

and they changed their diet and lost 100 pounds and got off all the medicine. And I love this story so much.

It's one of my favorite things.

And I was trying to think out why I love it so much.

And there's definitely like, mostly it's like,

personal responsibility and accountability and discipline.

And you put all these things together.

And you can see a physical manifestation of that.

Like your life is, you can see yourself look different.

And that speaks to also the emotional and mental

and spiritual changes in your life.

You can make better decisions.

And then you'll also change your life accordingly
