Today's episode is a little different. It's more like a pop-in. No deep dive, no big lesson,

just a little heart to heart about something I've been working on behind the scenes for a while now.

Mind love has a brand new look. I am so excited about this. If you've been around for a while,

you know that I don't take change

lightly. There's several times that I've updated my branding on my website and I wanted my

podcast art to match, but I just couldn't let go of what I had. But my little perfectionist brain

has been obsessing over this for way too long because the old logo

had its issues. The fonts didn't always play nice. The letters in love were spaced out too

weirdly for me. And honestly, every time I saw it stretched horizontally, a little part of my soul

cringed. But I loved it. And yet, I knew I needed something that felt more aligned, more versatile,

more me. And here's the thing. I know people hate change. We've all seen what happens when

Facebook or Instagram pushes an update. People lose their shit. It's like, suddenly the world is

ending because a button moved two inches to

the left. And I get it. Familiarity is comforting, but I'm hoping this little update doesn't disturb

your mental peace too much. Instead, let's lean into it. It's a new look for 2025, and honestly,

doesn't it feel like we're all in a phase of rebuilding

right now? Things are shifting. Old structures are crumbling, and we're being asked to step into

something new, so why not welcome it with a fresh new vibe? If we've done enough work together,

I trust that we can hold space for change, and not just for mine, but for each other's too. Let's meet

newness with grace and love and curiosity, and maybe even a little excitement, because who knows,
