I had planned to do the next show on Monday, and I will be back on Monday,

but with the news on Thursday that the SEC has decided to go conference only for 2020 and go

to a 10-game schedule, which is still to be determined. They're still working that out, and

reportedly it's set up and ready to go. They just need to choose it as there are a few options,

according to Brandon Marcello of 247 sports. And the championship game in the conference,

the SEC title game would be moved back to December 19th. But we'll get into what went

into the decision. You'll hear from Greg Sanky in a moment. This means the non-conference games

are gone for 2020. That means Tennessee will not be playing at Oklahoma.

And that's disappointing to me.

I said at the beginning of the week when we were talking about Oklahoma moving its first game up to August 29th,

and that was going to create a by week before the Tennessee game.

My thought was, hey, if they end up playing that Tennessee Oklahoma game, that'd be great.

But I wanted to talk about what happened on Thursday with the presidents and chancellors within the conference approving a 10-game conference-only football schedule for this fall.
