When Donald Trump first refused to concede the election in 2020,

But there were also the Republicans who went all in,

who started scheming with the Trump White House

about how to keep Joe Biden from being certified as the duly elected

president.

And there was one congressman in particular who was way out in front of that effort, organizing

a number of his colleagues to sign on to a highly dubious

lawsuit challenging Biden's victory in four key swing states.

Republican lawmakers are getting behind the suit, leading that effort on Capitol Hill

as Congressman Mike Johnson.
