We're talking about the big boss man today on the Golden Era podcast, Michelle Mooney,

and I'm afraid now that you will chop me up and feed me to Al Snow as well.

Well, if you think that was intimidating, nothing compared to the big boss man.

Boy, he can do it.

One of the best, too. One of the classic golden era wrestlers like Jake the Snakes and the Hacksaw Jim Duggins. And, you know, before we get into anything, you know, what was your personal relationship like with Ray Trello, the big boss man? Because to a lot of fans, you know, he was a bad guy, a police officer, beating up their favorite Hulk Hogan.

But then to a lot of people, he's this amazing baby face that just was an inspiration to us all.

Yeah. I mean, hard to believe. But in a sense, a lot of people saw him as this big teddy bear who knew him personally. And that's why I really feel it was important to do this episode and tell people,

you know, this, you know, we should learn about a big boss man that you never knew

because he was, you talk about a contrast in characters.

This was amazing.

Him going from the Ray trailer that people knew personally to that guy that once he was in the public

or in an arena or in a ring was a completely different person.
