2:25.3	the responsibilities of a non-polliferation regime. Now what he should have said is Putin is
2:31.3	again threatening to use nuclear weapons. We don't need non-polliferation proliferation. We don't
2:38.1	need all that. Just speak clearly. So Putin getting his butt kicked in Ukraine is calling up 300,000
